Worship With Us
The Music and Worship
Ministry is to create an atmosphere of worship that praises and
glorifies Jesus Christ our Lord and brings His love into our hearts and
souls through music and worship.
Worship Note
Did you know that
worship is a weapon? The story of King Jehoshaphat in 2
Chronicles 2- is a great example of worship being used in warfare.
When God gave the King the battle plans, He told him to place the
singers in front of the army. As they went to war and the
singers began to sing and praise the Lord, scripture tells us that
the "Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mt.
Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated..." The
soldiers of Judah didn't fight that day, the worshippers did!
What an amazing story of God's power that was unleashed as they
worshipped Him. Are you facing a battle today? I would
encourage you to praise God in the midst of your battle and watch
Him show up in His power on your behalf. Be encouraged and
stand firm, for the battle is not yours, but the Lord's!
Blessings,
Janet
